I have 2 grandfathers who were in WWII; one flew in a plane and the other worked on planes. And my great uncle was in WWII and he was a twin of one of my grandfathers; they worked on planes together. I like to see about the Civil War and all the other wars. This was very interesting. I am 8. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank the webmaster for sharing this site with myself and the general public. Knowledge of our past is the key to understanding what has made us who we are as a country. May our knowledge of this small piece of American history show us the true tragedy of war, and the deep debt of gratittude and respect we owe those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice for liberty.

May God grant the fallen men and boys of the blue and the gray, as well as all our nation's veteran's, the peace that this young struggling country could not grant, but that they so richly deserve.
